Payment and Cancellation Agreement

Payment: A deposit of $200 is required at the time of registration. Unless other arrangements are made, the following procedures apply to payment of the balance of the workshop fee:

• If the balance of the fee will be paid by check, Dhont & Associates must receive final payment five (5) business days prior to the beginning of the workshop.
• If the balance of the fee will be paid by credit card, Dhont & Associates will apply the final payment to your credit card five (5) business days prior to the beginning of the workshop. If Dhont & Associates has your credit card information, payment will be automatically applied. If you paid your deposit by check and wish to apply the balance to a credit card, please make certain that Dhont & Associates has your credit card information five (5) business days prior to the beginning of the workshop.

Cancellations: If Dhont & Associates cancels the workshop, participants will receive a full refund. If the participant cancels, the following procedures apply:

• Participants who cancel eight (8) days or more prior to the beginning of the workshop will receive a refund – minus a $50 administrative fee.
• No refund of the deposit ($200) will be guaranteed if the participant cancels seven (7) days or less prior to the beginning of the workshop. (Any payment above $200 will be refunded in full under these circumstances.)

No refund of any fees paid will be guaranteed if the registrant does not attend the workshop or if the registrant does not complete the workshop.

Please note: Any fees paid prior to a workshop that do not qualify for refund may be applied to a future workshop. Dhont & Associates is always willing to consider any special circumstances that make attendance at the workshop difficult or impossible. Your signed check or credit card authorization indicates acceptance of these Payment and Cancellation policies.
